happy #bestself2015 week 10.
here is the thing, vacation is hard when you are trying to change your lifestyle.
this one has been somewhat easier than others because my mom is doing the same thing. we go running every morning (we went four miles yesterday!) and went grocery shopping at the start of the week for breakfast and lunches so we were not eating out the entire time.
we usually eat out for dinner and for the moooossst part we still eat healthy when we go out. last night we went out to a steak house and i had three of this mini cheese popovers. i couldn’t stop. i haven’t had bread and cheese together since i can’t remember. i inhaled them more than actually eating them. and i have to say i did feel like a dog with my tail between my legs after that dinner but i had to remind myself i went four miles that morning and ate super heathy throughout the day so i had the calorie room. but still it’s almost like breaking that seal of eating healthy even though it wasn’t that unhealthy… you know what i’m trying to say?
regardless today is a new day and we are going to walk around animal kingdom. that should burn some calories right?
