i’m back in vacation and i can’t believe this week as already gone by. time is (luckily for now) going so fast and we are getting closer and closer to spring!
you’ll never guess what happened to me on vacation…..
i lost 2 more lbs! who loses weight on vacation? i can promise you this it has NEVER been me. i think though it’s because i worked really hard and didn’t really over indulge. my mom and i (who also lost on vacation) went for a walk/run for 3 – 5 miles every morning. then we would eat breakfast and lunch in our hotel ( we had a little kitchen in our room) . at night we would go out for dinner but eat modestly (lots of salad, veggies, grilled things) i did have a burger in fries one night but other than that i didn’t really indulge. it was awesome to come home expecting a small increase but actually losing. maybe the stars are actually lining up.
i am 2 lbs away from hitting my 15 lb mark and i’m trying to keep up the workout regime at home. it’s been easier to run/walk outside now that the snow has melted and now that i’m back in town i’ve been hitting up the werq classes again at the Y.
i am just a little terrified now of hitting another plateau. what are you doing to change things up and stay on task?
