this week i counted calories, worked out (turbo fire) and i did good!
starting weight: 160
this week: 156.5
weight lost: 3.5lbs
total weight loss: 3.5lbs
what i did.
i bought a food scale.
– the food scale i bought is from bed bath and beyond you will be amazed at what 8oz actually looks like.
i weighed everything, meat, fruits, veggies. with a coupon this came to only $32. it looks really cute on my counter too 🙂
