ok so now that summer is officially over (it’s now october = officially fall) and things are borderline winding down. we are now into week 35 of best self 2015. we have survived the really busy work week and things are still busy but now we are settling back in to a normal work/life balance.
the silver lining is while being under so much stress i’m officially back down to the 15lb weight loss threshold. how did i do it? oh a donut for breakfast, three cups of coffee, granola bar lunch, slice of pizza dinner. boom. trademark it. lol it’s called “the flea diet” . i’m just kidding i know that it is HORRIBLY unhealthy to be digesting that nonsense but honestly didn’t have time for anything else.
so now what. i really don’t want continue down the junk food survival path and i am finally able to go back to the gym…. but what do i do.
i hate working out! i hate it so much. if i could get in shape by just walking and listening to podcasts i would be in peak physical condition. what are your favorite workouts? i would prefer to keep them to 45 minutes. i used to love classes but they now give me anxiety because they are so over crowded. so much so that a girl came in my dance face and i totally wacked her in the back of the head….on accident….sorta… it was at that point that i figured… hmmmmmm abigail… you are getting a little too competitive for this .
so gimme some suggestions!
