Spring is really trying to break through this Michigan cold. One minute, we are enjoying the 65 degree temperatures, and the next minute, we get a winter storm warning. At least I am getting some spring cleaning in. Or, at least I am trying. Going outside in the cold wind has my skin so dry and itchy. After an afternoon of power washing patio furniture and getting my garden beds cleaned out, I am ready for a hot shower. I have been using the new Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Body Wash to help soothe my skin and smell great for a night out. (To be clear, by night out, I mean cozying up with my garden catalogs on my couch.)
I already use the Mrs. Meyer’s cleaning products throughout my house. I am obsessed with the Lavender counter spray. I was so excited when they released a line of bath products for me! The Mrs. Meyer’s Body Wash, is available at Walmart and comes in a variety of scents…and I tried almost all of them. When Mrs. Meyer’s releases a new product or scent, I feel like it sells out so fast! So I always scoop them up when I see them on the shelves. Typically, though, I find that Walmart always has a good stock of items. You can find Mrs. Meyer’s Body Wash in the personal care section of the body wash aisle – find the nearest Walmart that had Mrs. Meyers Body Wash here!
I had a hard time deciding which scent was my favorite. As much as I love Lavender, I think the Lemon Verbena might be my new favorite. The smell of citrus feels clean and springy to me. Maybe Joe will think I cleaned the house if I smell like lemon? The Mrs. Meyer’s body wash is thoughtfully formulated with aloe vera gel, essential oils and flaxseed oil. It is also cruelty-free and made without parabens, phthalates, MEA, DEA, artificial colors or animal-derived ingredients. (I’ll be sure to let my sheep know we are all good around here).
I love the Mrs. Meyer’s line of products for the home and now, I can keep some for me in the shower. If you would like to snag a bottle (or five) for yourself, click here.
